After several years with a strong entrepreneurial climate in the company, there was a need to get help in creating an increased structure and focus on profitability in the growing company.

We became involved in a mentoring program in 2014. After analysis of the activities, a future picture was created with priority action plans.

To ensure implementation, a new way of working was implemented for how change management should be driven in the organization. We saw that profitability improved with a more customized range and costs were reduced with a structured way of working.

We are still following the company and are looking with excitement at how they develop the grocery store of the future.
