VetFamily

After an assignment in 2012 in the veterinary industry, we saw an opportunity to participate in the consolidation of the industry. In collaboration with AniCura, we developed a unique purchasing collaboration aimed at the independent veterinarians. We developed a business plan for a new subsidiary of AniCura and then received the operational responsibility for the preparation and launch of the concept on the Swedish market. We recruited over 200 clinics as members and contributed to VetFamily now establishing the concept in 8 countries with a total of 2,600 members.

In 2019, VetFamily was spun off from AniCura and became an independent company. In the spring of 2021, several animal health companies merged into the Vimian group, which was listed in Stockholm.
